Thanks in advance for your cooperation & understanding! These policies are put in place to protect you + your fellow clients.

 

•    A card will need to be kept on file to book any appointments. For your safety and security, it will be securely stored with your client information in the Square Booking App.

 

•   All appointments  rescheduled or cancelled within 48-25 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged 50%

of the price of your scheduled service.

    •    All appointments rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the cost of the service booked.

    •    This is the Charmed fill pricing system: 

Fills booked at 1-1.5 weeks will be 1 hour and 15 minutes and will cost $70.   

Fills booked at 2-2.5 weeks will be 1 hour and 30 minutes and will cost $80.   

Fills booked at 3-3.5 weeks will be 1 hour and 45 minutes and will cost $90. 

Fills  booked at 4 weeks will be 2 hours and will cost $115.

 

    •    If you go past 4 weeks, a full set will be required.

    •    All lash extension clients must have at least 2 fills booked in advance at all times. With my schedule being so full I cannot guarantee an appointment for you if you don’t have your 2 booked in advance.

​

    •    If you are late for your appointment, please note that time will be taken out of your appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited and you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service booked.

​

    •    I cannot guarantee a spot if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled last minute.
